Panukala para gawing Human Resource Capital ng Pilipinas ang San Jose del Monte City pasado na sa Kamara

Idineklara ng Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso bilang Human Resource Capital ng Pilipinas ang San Jose del Monte City sa Bulacan.

Ito ay matapos pumasa sa ikatlo at huling pagbasa ang panukala ukol dito.

Sa botong 220 na YES at walang pagtutol lumusot ang House Bill No. 2378 o An Declaring the City of San Jose Del Monte in the Province of Bulacan as Human Resource Capital.

Nakasaad sa panukala na kinikilala ang Lungsod ng San Jose del Monte bilang “government site for human relocation” at  “haven of human resource capital.”

Maaring gamitin ito ng pamahalaan para sa mga skills at livelihood training programs upang paunlarin ang trabaho at pagpapa-angat sa ekonomiya.

Inaatasan ng panukala ang Department of Labor and Employment, Department of Trade and Industry at Technical Education and Skills Development Authority na gumawa ng mga polisiya para ipatupad ang programa sa pamamagitan ng pagtatayo ng training centers, delivery of skills and livelihood training programs at pag-promote sa quality technical-vocational education.

Sinabi naman ni San Jose del Monte City Lone District Rep. Florida “Rida” P. Robes, pangunahing may-akda ng panukala na malaking tulong ang panukala para sa daan-daang libong residente mula sa 40 relocation sites sa lungsod gayundin ang mga nakatira sa 150 subdivisions na magkaroon ng  skills and livelihood training para sa kanilang pagtatrabaho.

Iginiit pa ng lady solon na kapag naging ganap na batas ang panukala, mkatutulong ito upang mapababa ang kahirapan at mapaunlad ang ekonomiya sa bansa.

“We have a huge human resource pool just waiting to be trained and tapped for employment. As a human resource capital, the City will become a haven to training institutes that will enhance the capabilities of the residents of the City and neighboring towns. As such, its approval is deemed a response to the call to alleviate poverty by tapping human resource as a means to improve the economy,” saad  ni Robes
