Ayon sa PCG, bawal munang maglayag ang mga sasakyang pandagat na mayroong 250 gross tonnages pababa.
Malakas kasi ang ihip ng hangin dahil sa tail-end of the frontal system na may kasama pang northeast monsoon.
Tinatayang aabot sa 1.2 hanggang 4 na metro ang taas ng alon.
Hindi naman kasama sa suspension order ang mga roll-on-roll-ff na may 1,000 gross tonnages pataas.
