Konstruksyon ng COVID-19 facility sa Marawi, tapos na

Natapos na ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) ang konstruksyon ng bagong healthcare facility sa Marawi City, Lanao Del Sur.

Ayon kay DPWH Secretary at Chief Isolation Czar Mark Villar, magsisilbi bilang quarantine quarters para sa COVID-19 cases ang Sagonsongan Multi Purpose Building sa bahagi ng Barangay Sagonsongan Relocation Site.

Mayroon itong 40-bed capacity.

Maa-accommodate nito ang mga magpopositibo sa nakakahawang sakit na asymptomatic hanggang mild cases.

Nai-turnover na ang pasilidad sa provincial government ng Lanao del Sur.

Sa kabila ng pagbaba ng mga naitatalang bagong kaso, tuloy pa rin ang DPWH Task Force sa serbisyo sa publiko sa pamamagitan ng pagsuporta sa Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) efforts sa laban kontra COVID-19.

Sa ngayon, nasa 509 pasilidad na ang nakumpleto sa bansa kung saan may 19,083 beds capacity.
