Red rainfall warning, nakataas sa Southern Leyte
Nakataas ang heavy rainfall warning sa ilang lalawigan sa bansa.
Sa inilabas na abiso ng PAGASA bandang 7:00, Huwebes ng gabi (January 7), ito ay dulot pa rin ng low pressure area (LPA) at Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
Nakataas ang red warning level sa Southern Leyte.
Dahil dito, sinabi ng weather bureau na inaasahang makararanas ng matinding pagbaha sa mabababang lugar.
Maaari ring magkaroon ng pagguho ng lupa sa mga landslide prone area.
Pinayuhan ang publiko at disaster risk reduction and management council na manatiling nakatutok sa lagay ng panahon.
