Halos 400 pamilya sa Negros Occidental, inilikas dahil sa pagbaha
Nagsagawa ng rescue operations ang Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) sa Victorias City, Negros Occidental sa unang araw ng taong 2021.
Sanib-pwersa ang PCG District Southern Visayas at Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (PDRRMO) upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng 395 pamilyang nakatira sa siyam na barangay malapit sa Malijao River.
Umapaw kasi ang nasabing ilog bunsod ng naranasang mabigat na buhos ng ulan.
Nabigyan naman ang lahat ng iniligtas na indibidwal ng tulong sa evacuation center.
