Magpapatupad ng shortened service hours ang LRT-1 ngayong December 31, bisperas ng Bagong Taon.
Sa abiso ng Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC), ang operating schedule ng LRT-1 ngayong araw ay 4:30 AM to 7:00 PM lamang para sa northbound at southbound.
Bukas Bagong Taon, January 1 ay susundin ang regular weekends/holiday schedule.
Mananatili namang sarado until further notice ang Roosevelt station ng LRT-1 para sa nagpapatuloy na pagtatayo ng Common Station o Unified Grand Central Station (UGCS) na magkukunekta sa LRT-1, MRT-3, at MRT-7.
