Taun-taong inilalabas ang naturang listahan simula pa noong 1990 at kamakailan lamang isinama sa pagpipilian ang mga YouTuber.
Tinalo ni PewDiePie ang mga tanyag na celebrities sa Hollywood gaya nina Chris Evans, Keanu Reeves, celebrity athletes at mga Korean stars.
