OFWs, hindi kabilang sa travel ban , DOLE

Nilinaw ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) na maaari pa ring makauwi ng Pilipinas ang mga overseas Filipino worker (OFW) na nasa bansang tinamaan ng bagong strain ng Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).

Sa isang press conference, sinabi ni Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III na papayagan pa ring makauwi ang OFWs ngunit kailangan nilang dumaan sa quarantine.

Tatagal ng 14 araw ang pagsailalim sa quarantine.

Ayon sa kalihim, kahit negatibo ang resulta ng pagsusuri, itutuloy pa rin ang 14-day quarantine ng mga OFW.

Sasalang din aniya sa quarantine ang mga OFW na nabigyan na ng bakuna kontra sa nakakahawang sakit.

– Denmark
– Israel
– Hong Kong
– Spain
– Ireland
– Netherlands

– South Korea
