BREAKING: Travel ban sa 20 mga bansa na may bagong COVID-19 strain iiral na simula mamayang hatinggabi

Epektibo mamayang hatinggabi ay paiiralin na ang travel ban mula sa 20 mga bansa na may na-detect na bagong strain ng COVID-19.

Sa abiso ng Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), sakop ng travel ban ang sumusunod na mga bansa:

– United Kingdom
– Switzerland
– Denmark
– Hong Kong
– Ireland
– Singapore
– Japan
– Germany
– Australia
– Iceland
– South Africa
– Italy
– Israel
– Spain
– Netherlands
– Lebanon
– Canada
– Sweden
– France
– South Korea

Lahat ng pasahero na galing sa nasabing mga bansa ay hindi papayagang pumasok ng Pilipinas bilang precautionary measure ayon sa Inter-Agency Task Force.

Ang mga pasahero na kasalukuyan nang nasa biyahe mula sa nasabing bansa at darating sa Pilipinas bago mag-December 30, ay papayagan pa ding pumasok.

Pero sasailalim sila sa istriktong quarantine at testing protocols.

Kahit negatibo ang kanilang RT-PCR Test ay kailangan nilang tapusin ang 14-days mandatory quarantine.
