WATCH: Makabuluhang selebrasyon ng Pasko hangad ni Pangulong Duterte
Sumentro sa mga nagdaang pagsubok at kalamidad ang Christmas message ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Ayon sa pangulo ang taong 2020 ay naging puno ng pagsubok dahl sa pandemya ng COVID-19 at magkakasunod na kalamidad.
Pero dahil aniya sa pagkakaisa at pagiging matatag ng mga Filipino ay nalampasan ang mga ito.
“This year has been a trying time for all of us. Many lives were lost and forever changed due to COVID-19 pandemic and several natural calamities. But through it all, we continue to survive and rise because of our unity, stength and indomitable spirit of (the) Filipinos,” ayon sa pangulo.
Ngayong Pasko, sinabi ni Pangulong Duterte na ang pagsilang ni Hesukristo ay maging paalala nawa sa bawat Filipino na palaging magkaroon ng pag-asa kahit pa sa panahon ng paghihirap.
“This Christmas season, let the story of Jesus Christ’s birth remind us that we should always have hope even in darkness, poverty and suffering,” dagdag ng pangulo.
Hangad ng pangulo ang makabuluhang selebrasyon ng Pasko sa bawat pamilyang Filipino.
