BASAHIN: Healthy Handaan Tips ng DOH para sa Noche Buena

Ilang oras bago ang Noche Buena may Healthy Handaan Tips ang Department of Health para sa publiko.

Ayon sa DOH, ito ay upang maging ligtas at masustansya ang mga lulutuing pagkain sa handaan mamayang gabi.

Narito ang mga tip ng DOH:

– Umiwas sa labis na matataba, maaalat at matatamis na pagkain
– Suriing mabuti ang bibilhing karne at isda upang makaiwas sa diarrhea at food poisoning
– Ihiwalay ang hilaw na karne sa iba pang pagkain sa refrigerator
