Patuloy sa pagpapakawala ng tubig ang Magat dam.
Sa abiso ng PAGASA batay sa datos mula sa NIA, isang gate pa ng Magat dam ang nakabukas.
Hanggang alas 8:00 ng umaga ngayong Huwebes, Dec. 24 ay nasa 190.77 meters ang water level ng dam.
Inabisuhan ang mga residente ng Ramon, San Mateo, Aurora, Cabatuan, Luna, Reina Mercedes, Burgos, Naguilian at Gamu sa Isabela na maari silang maapektuhan ng pagpapakawala ng tubig.
