2 offsite modular hospital at dorms, nai-turnover na sa DOH

Nai-turnover na nv Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa Department of Health (DOH) ang bagong kumpletong COVID-19 health facilities sa Quezon Institute compound sa bahagi ng E. Rodriguez, Quezon City araw ng Martes, December 22.

Pinangunaha ni DPWH Secretary at Isolation Czar Mark Villar ang pag-turnover kay DOH Undersecretary at Treatment Czar Leopoldo Vega ng dalawang unit ng modular hospital.

Mayroon itong total bed capacity na 44 para sa moderate hanggang severe COVID-19 patients at dalawang dormitories na may 64 beds para sa medical personnel na nakatalaga sa operasyon sa Quezon Institute.

Ayon sa kalihim, makatutulong ang modular hospital upang matugunan ang karagdagang pangangailangan ng medical facilities sa gitna ng COVID-19 pandemic.

Sinabi naman ni Usec. Sadain na sa February 2021, tatlo pang modular hospital na may 66 beds ang inaasahang makukumpleto sa loob ng Quezon Institute compound.
