Imbestigasyon para sa administrative case vs Nuezca tatapusin ng PNP-IAS sa loob ng 30-araw
Target ng Internal Affairs Service ng PNP na tapusin sa loob ng 30 araw ang imbestigasyon sa kasong administratibo laban kay Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca.
Ayon kay PNP-IAS chief Alfegar Triambulo, tiyak na maagrabyado ang mga biktima kapag tumagal pa ang imbestigasyon.
Lugi din ang gobyerno dahil tuloy ang sweldo niya hangga’t umiiral pa ang “presumption of innocence unless proven guilty”.
December 20, araw ng Linggo ay agad nagsimula ang imbestigasyon ng PNP-IAS.
Ayon kay Triambulo, bagaman mayroong 90 araw ang IAS para tapusin ang imbestigasyon ay susubukang tapusin ito sa loob ng 30 araw.
Matibay na ebidensya ayon kay Triambulo ang viral video ng pamamaril ni Nuezca sa mag-inang Gregorio.
Nahaharap na din si Nuezca sa dalawang bilang ng kasong murder sa Paniqui, Tarlac RTC Branch 67.
