4 patay sa engkwentro sa South Cotabato

Tatlong lawless elements ang nasawi sa engkwentro sa militar at pulis sa Polomolok, South Cotabato.

Ayon kay Lt. Gen. Corleto Vinluan, Jr., Commander ng Western Mindanao Command ng AFP, isisilbi ng mga tauhan ng 5th Special Forces Battalion at Polomolok Municipal Police Station ang warrant of arrest para sa kasong murder laban sa isang Tho Catucan sa Purok 1, Barangay Sumbakil.

Pero papalapit pa lang ang mga otoridad ay nagpaputok na ng baril ang suspek at mga kasamahan niya.

Doon na nauwi sa palitan ng putok ang insidente na ikinasawi ni Catucan at dalawa niyang kasama na sina Jer Maguisulan at Rabino Kutin.

Dinala pa sila sa Polomolok Municipal Hospital pero idineklarang Dead on Arrival (DOA).

Dalawang nagsilbing ‘guide’ ng mga otoridad naman ang tinamaan ng bala.

Isa sa kanila ang nasawi ayon kay Vinluan.

“We regret to report that one of the guides was declared Dead on Arrival by the attending physician at Polomolok Municipal Hospital,” ayon kay Lt. Col. Randy Banaag, Commanding Officer ng 5th Special Forces Battalion.
