Isinagawa ang buy-bust operation ng PDEA Bohol Provincial Office, PNP RPDEU 7 Bohol, Baclayon Police Station, Tagbilaran City Police Station? Bohol Maritime Police Station, PDET-BPPO, at Philippine Coast Guard Bohol sa Purok 5 sa bahagi ng Barangay Laya dakong 3:03 ng hapon.
Nahuli ang mga suspek na sina Enrique Calamba Loreniana alyas “Erik,” 28-anyos; at Mario Avenido Loquellano Jr., 28-anyos.
Dalawang pack ng hinihinalang shabu ang nakuha sa dalawa na may bigat na humigit-kumulang 500 gramo, buy-bust money, dalawang cell phones, motorsiklo at iba pang non-drug evidence.
Mahaharapa ang dalawa sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11, Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
