Ginawa ni Nuezca hindi pagkakamali ng buong PNP ayon sa DILG

Hindi maituturing na pagkakamali ng buong Philippine National Police ang kasalanan ni Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca.

Pahayag ito ni Department of Interior and Local Government Sec. Eduardo Año sa insidente ng pagpatay ni Nuezca sa mag-ina sa Paniqui, Tarlac.

Kasabay nito, mariing kinondena ni Año ang nangyari.

Ayon sa kalihim, nagsimula na ang imbestigasyon sa kaso at tiniyak nito sa pamilya ng mga biktima na sasailalim ang suspek sa masusi at impartial na imbestigasyon.

Tiniyak din ng DILG na maibibigay ang hustisya sa pamilya ng mag-inang Gregorio at maisasampa ang mga kasong administratibo at criminal laban kay Nuezca.

“We do not and will never tolerate such acts and we will make sure that he will account for his crimes. I have likewise directed PNP Chief P/Gen Debold Sinas to extend assistance to the family of the victims at this time of bereavement,” sinabi ni Año.

Kasabay nito pinaalalahanan ni Año ang mga pulis na laging maging kalmado at huwag padadala sa kanilang emosyon.

Ayon kay Año ang nangyari ay isang unfortunate subalit isolated incident lamang.
