Bagyong Vicky humina isa na lang tropical depression – PAGASA

Humina pa at isa na lamang tropical depression ang bagyong Vicky habang papalayo ito ng Kalayaan Islands.

Huling namataan ang bagyo sa layong 210 kilometers South Southwest ng Kalayaan, Palawan.

Taglay nito ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 55 kilometers bawat oras at pagbugsong aabot sa 70 kilometers bawat oras.

Kumikilos ang bagyo sa bilis na 10 kilometers bawat oras sa direksyong South Southwest.

Inalis na ng PAGASA ang tropical cyclone wind signal na umiiral sa Kalayaan Islands.

Pero ayon sa PAGASA ang Northeast Monsoon na pinalalakas ng bagyo ay magpapaulan pa din sa malaking bahagi ng Luzon.

Ngayong araw, makararanas pa rin ng katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na buhos ng ulan sa Kalayaan Islands, Babuyan at Calayan Islands, at sa eastern portion ng mainland Cagayan Valley, Aurora, at northern portion ng Quezon.

Mahina hanggang katamtamang pag-ulan naman at kung minsan ay malakas na buhos ng ulan ang mararanasan sa nalalabing bahagi ng mainland Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, at Ifugao.
