Sa insidente ng pamamaril ng pulis sa mag-ina sa Tarlac, panawagan ni Lacson sa PNP: “Show no mercy”
“Show no mercy”.
Ito ang panawagan ni Senator Panfilo Lcson sa Philippine National Police (PNP), kasunod ng insidenteng kinasangkutan ng isang aktibong pulis sa Tarlac.
Ayon kay Lacson, dapat tiyaking mabubulok sa bilangguan ang suspek na si Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca.
Reaksyon ito ng senador sa pagpatay ni Nuezca sa mag-inang Sonya at Anthony Gregorio sa Paniqui, Tarlac na nakuhanan ng video at kalat na sa social media.
“If what’s on video tells the whole story, I enjoin the PNP leadership to show no mercy,” ayon sa senador.
Ayon kay Lacson, batay sa video, hindi naka-duty si Nuezca ng mangyari ang insidente.
At base sa polisiya sa PNP, dapat ay wala itong armas at nakasuko sa armorer o supply officer ng kaniyang unit dahil siya ay nasa off-duty status.
Standard practice aniya ito sa PNP.
“In other jurisdictions, surrendering officially issued firearms while off duty is a standard practice by police officers,” dagdag ni Lacson.
