Balik na sa normal ang operasyon ng shipping at fishing companies sa bansa.

Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), naging normal ang bandang 12:00, Linggo ng tanghali (December 20).

Sakop nito ang shipping at fishing companies sa lahat ng pantalan sa bansa.

Matatandaang may mga na-stranded na pasahero at sasakyang-pandagat dahil sa Bagyong Vicky.
