LPA sa loob ng bansa naging bagyong Vicky na; Signal number 1 nakataas sa maraming lugar sa Visayas at Mindanao

Nabuo bilang isang ganap na bagyo ang Low Pressure Area na binabantayan ng PAGASA sa Mindanao.

Ang tropical depression Vicky ay huling namataan sa layong 210 kilometers East ng Davao City.

Taglay nito ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 45 kilometers bawat oras malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong aabot sa 55 kilometers bawat oras.

Kumikilos ang bagyo sa direksyong West Northwest sa bilis na 15 kilometers bawat oras.

Ayon sa PAGASA, ang pinagsamang epekto ng bagyo, Tail-End of a Frontal System (Shear Line) ay naghahatid ng ktamtaman hanggang sa malakas at kung minsan at matinding pag-ulan sa Caraga, Davao Oriental, Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental, Camiguin, Southern Leyte, Leyte, at Bohol.

Mahina hanggang katamtaman at kung minsan ay malakas na pag-ulan naman ang mararanasan sa Bicol Region, the southern portion of Quezon, Lanao del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte, and the rest of Visayas, Davao Region, at Northern Mindanao.

Bukas ayon sa PAGASA, kasama na ang Metro Manila, Calabarzon at bahagi ng Central Luzon sa makararanas ng hanggang matinding buhos ng ulan.

Inaasahang tatama sa kalupaan ng Davao Oriental-Surigao del Sur area ang bagyo sa loob ng susunod na 12 oras.

Bukas ng umaga ay muli itong magkakaroon ng landfall sa southern portion ng Negros Island.
