Mahigit 3,000 health workers sa Davao City makatatanggap na ng kanilang hazard pay

Mahigit 3,000 health workers sa ilallim ng Davao City government ang makatatanggap na ng kanilang Active Hazard Duty Pay (AHDP) at Special Risk Allowance (SRA) para sa mga petsang September 15 hanggang December 19, 2020.

Aabot sa 3,538 ang natukoy ng City Health Office (CHO) na mga health workers, medical, allied-medical, at iba pang personnel na direktang nangangalaga sa COVID-19 patients.

Sila ay pawang regular employees o contract of service o job order kabilang ang mga Barangay Health Workers (BHWs).

Ayon kay City Budget Officer, Ermelinda Gallego, naipadala na sa Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) ang listahan ng mga benepisyaryo para masigurong lahat ay makatatanggap ng hazard pay at risk allowance.

Ani Gallego, ang mga frontline Human Resources for Health (HRHs) ay tatanggap ng P3,000 kada buwan.

Sa ilalim naman ng SRA, ang public at private healthworkers ay tatanggap ng dagdag na 25 percent ng kanilang basic pay.

Ang pondo ay mula sa inilaang P95.6 million ng Department of Health (DOOH).
