Ayon kay Jever Bernardo, presidente ng National Children’s Hospital Employees Association – Alliance of Health Worker, dismayado na ang kanilang hanay dahil sa hindi maayos na pagtrato sa kanila ng pamahalaan.
Bukod sa PBB humihirit din ang mga health workers na ibigay na ang hazard pay at special risk allowance.
Ayon naman kay Cristy Donguines, presidente ng Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center Employees Union dapat din na itaas ang sahod ng mga manggagawa na nasa sektor ng pangkalusugan.
Demoralisado na aniya ang mga health workers dahil sa hindi patas at hindi pagbibigay ng health benefits.
