Nakilala ni BI Commissioner Jaime Morente ang dayuhan na si Donald Robert Tyler, 57-anyos.
Nahuli ng Fugitive Search Unit (FSU) ng BI at National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) si Typer sa kanyang tirahan sa Barangay San Roqur sa Ginatilan, Cebu noong Huwebes.
Inalerto ang mga awtoridad sa pamamagitan ng mission order ni Morente kasunod ng kahilingan ng American authorities.
Ayon kay BI FSU Chief Bobby Raquepo, inilabas ng circuit Court sa Josephine Oregon noong November 4, 2019 ang arrest warrant laban kay Tyler.
Sinabi ng ahensya na isang retiree ang dayuhan ngunit ikinokonsidera na bilang undocumented alien matapos kanselahin ang kaniyang pasaporte.
Sa ngayon, nakakulong ang dayuhan sa BI warden facility sa Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig habang hinihintay ang deportation nito.
Dagdag ni Morente, mapapabilang din si Tyler sa blacklist at hindi na maaaring makabalik ng bansa.
