Saudi national na ISIS facilitator, nadakip sa Cotabato City
Nasa kustodiya na ngayon ng PNP – CIDG ang isang Saudi national matapos itong matunton sa Cotabato City.
Sinabi ni Police Maj. Gen. Joel Coronel, director ng CIDG, ang naarestong si Ael Sulaiman Alsushibani ay facilitator ng Islamic State of Irag and Syria (ISIS) sa Southeast Asia.
Kabilang aniya sa mga close contact ni Alsushibani ay sina Esmael Abdulmalik alyas “Abu Turaife,” ang Eastern Asia sub-leader ng ISIS at Salahudin Hasan.
Ayon pa kay Coronel, may mga pagtatangka si Alsushibani na magdala pa ng mga Arabo sa Pilipinas at may koneksyon din ito sa Ugur Suleyman Soylemez Orphanage, na sinusuportahan ng IHH Turkey Foundation.
Nakumpiska sa sinasabing terorista ang ilang baril at pampasabog.
Naaresto rin sa operasyon sa Barangay Datu Balabaran si Norhaya Lumanggal.
Mahaharap sa kasong unlawful possession of explosive sina Alsushibani at Lumanggal habang inaalam pa ang mga dokumento ng mga armas gayundin ang iba pang dokumento na nakuha sa bahay ng dalawa.
