Archbishops Tagle at Pinto, nagmisa sa Manila City Jail

TAGLE AND PINTOPinangunahan ni Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle at Archbishop Guiseppe Pinto, Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines ang misa sa Manila City Jail ngayon kasabay ng paggunita ng Miyerkules Santo.

Ayon kay MCJ warden Supt. Fermin Enriquez, sa ‘Oplan Ayuno’ isang malaking karangalan na mapili ang MCJ sa pinagdausan ng misa lalo pa’t idinaraos ang Jubillee Year of Mercy . Kasama din sa misa si Caritas President Fr. Anton Pascual.

Binigyang punto ng kanyang kabunyian Cardinal Tagle ang kahalagaan ng pag aayuno, gayundin ang pagninilay nilay ngayong Semana Santa.

Ayon kay Enrique, naka red alert ang MCJ bukod pa sa koordinasyon ng Manila Police District, San Lazaro Fire Station, Hospitals, Bureau of Fire Protection at MCJ Female Dorm.

Tig 15 inmates ang dumalo sa misa kada brigada, dahil narin espasyo ng chapel.
