Impeachment complaint laban kay SC Justice Leonen imposible nang matalakay ngayong taon
Posibleng sa susunod na taon na dinggin ng Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso ang impeachment complaint laban kay Supreme Court Associate Justice Marvic Leonen.
Ayon kay Deputy Speaker at Justice Committee Vice Chairman Rufus Rodriguez, hindi pa naisasama sa order of business at hindi pa naire-refer sa House Committee on Justice ang reklamong pagpapatalsik kay Leonen.
Kukulangin na rin aniya sa oras at panahon dahil hanggang December 18 na lamang ang trabaho sa Kamara para bigyang-daan ang Christmas break.
Iginiit nito na hindi pwedeng madaliin ang proseso ng impeachment dahil ang nasasangkot dito ay isa sa matataas na opisyal ng Hudikatura ng bansa.
Gayunman, Hindi isinasantabi ni Rodriguez ang posibilidad na matalakay pa rin ng bahagya ang form and substance ng reklamo bago tuluyang mag-session break ang Kongreso.
