Panukalang 2021 national budget naratipikahan na sa Senado at Kamara; pirma na lang ni Pangulong Duterte ang kailangan

Lagda na lamang ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang kailangan para ganap na maisabatas ang panukalang 2021 national budget.

Ito ay makaraang maratipikahan na ng Senado at Kamara ang final version ng panukalang budget.

Nakatakda na itong isumite sa tanggapan ng pangulo.

Sa datos mula sa tanggapan ni Senate finance committee chair Sonny Angara, sa niratipikahang bersyon ng 2021 budget, ang education sector ay tatanggap ng P708.181 billion na pondo.

Kabilang dito ang Department of Education, State Universities and Colleges, Commission on Higher Education, at ang Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

Ang Department of Public Works and Highways naman ang pangalawa sa may pinakamalaking budget na P694.822 billion, habang ikatlo ang health sector na may P287.472 billion.

Narito naman ang iba pang ahensya ng gobyero an mayroong mataas na budget allocations para sa 2021:

• Department of Interior and Local Government – P247.506 billion
• Department of National Defense – P205.471 billion
• Department of Social Welfare and Development – P176.659 billion
• Department of Transportation – P87.445 billion
• Department of Agriculture – P68.622 billion
• Judiciary – P44.108 billion
• Department of Labor and Employment – P36.606 billion
