Suicide, foul play ikinukunsidera sa pagkamatay ng NBI top official
Kabilang ang posibleng suicide sa mga ikinukunsidera kaugnay sa pagkamatay ni NBI Anti Terrorism Division chief Raoul Manguerra.
Ayon kay NBI Dep. Dir. Ferdinand Lavin, maging ang posibilidad na binaril o aksidenteng nabaril ni Manguerra ang sarili ay ikinukunsidera rin sa isinasagawang imbestigasyon.
May apat na indibiduwal ang iniimbestigahan kaugnay sa insidente, ayon pa kay Lavin, “ The four other persons who were inside the CTD office at the time of the incident are being cooperative and are under investigation by the NBI.”
Nagtamo ng isang tama ng bala sa tiyan ang 49-anyos na opisyal at namatay ito habang ginagamot sa Manila Doctors Hospital madaling araw ng Martes.
Ayon kay Atty. Ma. Rosario Bernardo, live-in partner ni Manguerra, may Stage 3 Colon Cancer ang opisyal.
