2 wanted na Cagayan NPA members timbog sa Laguna, QC
Arestado ang dalawang miyembro ng New People’s Army na wanted dahil sa criminal cases sa Cagayan Valley.
Ayon sa Philippine National Police Public Information Office (PNP-PIO), na-trace ng police intelligence agents ang dalawa sa magkahiwalay na lokasyon sa Laguna at Quezon City.
Nahuli ng mga operatiba ng NCRPO si Romeo Aytona Jr. layas “Alon,” 45-anyos, sa bahagi ng EDSA corner Kamias Road sa Quezon City bandang 6:20, Sabado ng gabi.
Mayroong Warrant of Arrest na inilabas si Hon. Francisco S. Donato, Presiding Judge ng RTC Branch 33 ng Ballesteros, Cagayan laban kau Aytona.
Nahaharap si Aytona sa tatlong criminal cases; Arson, Murder at paglabag sa Human Security Act.
Batay pa sa record ng pulisya, Squad Leader si Aytona ng West Committee, Danilo Command Northern Front na nag-ooperate sa Cagayan.
Bandang 5:10, Sabado ng hapon, naihain naman ang Warrant of Arrest laban kay Joenel Lazo alyas “Joenel Gallardo,” “Ka Sendo” sa Olivarez Homes, Phase 3, Barangay Sto. Tomas sa Biñan City, Laguna.
Si Lazo ay itinuturing bilang Most Wanted Person CPP/NPA Terrorist ng Cagayan Valley Region 2.
Nahaharap si Lazo sa 10 bilang ng kasong Murder, 10 bilang ng Attempted Murder, Rebellion, Arson, at Illegal Possession of Explosives/Ammunitions and Grave Coercion.
