4G network ng Globe most consistent sa 13 rehiyon sa bansa ayon sa Ookla
Most consistent ang 4G network ng Globe telecom sa 13 mula sa 17 rerhiyon sa bansa.
Ayon ito sa pag-aaral ng Ookla, global leader sa internet testing and analysis.
Ayon sa Ookla, sa kanilang datos para sa 3rd quarter ng kasalukuyang taon, sa 17 mga rehiyon sa bansa ay most consistent ang 4G ng Globe sa 13 mga rehiyon.
Ang mga rehiyon na ito ay ang mga sumusunod:
– Bicol
– Cagayan Valley
– Calabarzon
– Caraga
– Central Luzon
– Central Visayas
– Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR)
– Eastern Visayas
– Ilocos Region
– MIMAROPA
– Northern Mindanao
– Region 12 (SOCCSKSARGEN)
– Zamboanga Peninsula
Sa quarterly data ng Ookla, lumilitaw na ang mobile Consistency Score ng Globe ay umaabot sa 64% consistency.
“Mobile consistency score measures the number of incidences (viewed as percentage) of a provider’s samples equal or exceed both a download threshold of 5 Mbps and upload threshold of 1 Mbps,” ayon sa pahayag ng Globe.
Kung ikukumpara din ang download speeds mula noong 3rd quarter ng 2019 at ngayong 3rd quarter ng 2020, sinabi ng Ookla na mas mataas ng 12 percent ang dowload speed ng Globe para sa lahat ng technologies nito.
Ibig sabihin ayon sa Globe ang mga customer nila sa nabanggit na mga rehiyon ay nakararanas ng maayos na mobile at internet connection speeds.
Sa ngayon, patuloy ang pagsasagawa ng upgrade ng Globe sa lahat ng cell sites nito para gawing available ang 4G/LTE at 5G.
