Subscribers ng Converge sa Parañaque nakararanas ng problema sa koneksyon

May nararanasang connectivity issues ang mga subscribers ng Converge sa Parañaque City.

Nagsimula ang problema alas 12:01 ng madaling araw ngayong Martes, Dec. 1.

Ayon sa abiso ng Converge, kung apektado ng problema, hindi na kailangan ng service ticket.

Gumagawa na ng paraan ang technical team ng Converge para maresolba ang isyu sa lalong madaling panahon at mai-restore ang koneksyon.

Pinayuhan ang mga subscriber na laging bisitahin ang FB page ng Converge para sa updates.
