Pangilinan, dismayado dahil P92.3-B pa lang ang nailalabas sa stimulus fund sa Bayanihan 2

Dismayado si Senador Francis Pangilinan dahil P92.3 bilyon pa lamang mula sa P165.5 bilyong stimulus fund sa Bayanihan to Recover as One Act or Bayanihan 2 ang nailalabas ng pamahalaan.

Ayon kay Pangilinan, dahil sa mabagal na pagre-release ng pondo ay naapektuhan ang ekonomiya ng bansa.

Malaking halaga sa Bayanihan 2 ay epektibo lamang hanggang sa adjournment ng Kongreso sa December 19.

“This is unfortunate because while the funds are available, they could not immediately be felt by the people reeling from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic,” pahayag ni Pangilinan.

“The urgency of the need of the Filipinos does not seem to match the sluggish movement of the government,” dagdag ng senador.
