Establisyimento sa Baguio City ipinasara dahil sa paglabag sa National Internal Revenue Code

Ipinasara ng Baguio City Local Government ang isang establisyimento sa lungsod dahil sa paglabag sa National Internal Revenue Code.
Isinilbi ng mga tauhan ng Permits and Licensing Division ang closure order sa Vegapino Enterprises.
Ito ay makaraang matuklasan na hindi nagbibigay ng Sales Invoice o Official Receipt sa kanilang mga kliyente.
Ayon sa Baguio City LGU malinaw itong paglabag sa National Internal Revenue Code, Revised Penal Code, at Baguio Tax Ordinance.
