8888 SMS Service Platform maari nang magamit ng publiko – Malakanyang
Pwede nang magdulog ng reklamo at sumbong ang publiko sa pamamagitan ng pagte-text na direktang matatanggap ng Office of the President (OP).
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, gumagana na ang 8888 short message system (SMS) / text service platform sa kanilang 8888 Citizens’ Complaint Center (8888 CCC).
Sinabi ni Roque na dahil sa bagong platform na ito mas magiging madali para sa publiko ang magsumbong ng mga katiwalian sa pamahalaan.
“This new platform / communication channel, which had its soft launch last November 3, would certainly give a boost to the good governance drive of the Duterte Administration,” ani Roque.
Globe o Smart subscriber man ay maaring mag-text at isend sa 8888 ang kanilang concerns, reklamo at mga hinaing na may kaugnayan sa graft and corrupt practices ng mga opisyal ng gobyerno o empleyado ng gobyerno.
Pwede ding isumbong ang mabagal na serbisyo at mabagal na pagtugon sa mga hinaing.
Libre ang pagpapadala ng text sa 8888.
“Those who are corrupt, lazy, incompetent in the government, be forewarned. You are now one text away,” ayon pa kay Roque.
