Nagbaba ng direktiba si Sinas kay Acting CSG Director Brig. Gen. Rolando Hinanay na bawasan ang pagdagsa ng mga aplikante sa License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) para sa private security, at License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOFP) sa itinalagang One-Stop-Shop (OSS) sa Camp Crame sa pamamagitan ng pag-ooperate nang higit sa regular na araw ng trabaho.
“Under the new normal, we ensure what is the best for our clients who avail our frontline services including the process of LESP for the security sector, and LTOFP for private individuals,” pahayag ni Sinas.
Kasunod nito, inanunsiyo ni Hinanay na maa-accommodate ng CSG ang LESP at LTOFP clients kahit tuwing weekends at holidays simula sa November 28 hanggang December 13, 2020.
Tuwing Sabado, bukas ang OSS mula 8:00 ng umaga hanggang 5:00 ng hapon habang sa Linggo naman o holiday, bukas ang OSS mula 8:00 ng umaga hanggang 12:00 ng tanghali.
Ang pagtatakda ng schedule sa mga aplikante ay base sa online queuing system para ma-control ang bilang ng mga bisita sa Camp Crame.
Ipinag-utos din ng PNP Chief kay Hinanay na buksan ang OSS Annex Office sa PTCFOR Office para sa mas maayos na proseso ng DI clearances na kailangan sa pag-aapply ng LESP at neuro-psycho tests at drug tests para sa LTOFP applicants.
“We see to it that we control the customer flow in the National Headquarters to contain the spread of COVID-19 and for the safety of everyone. On a daily average, the CSG-OSS has 700 to 800 clients,” ani Sinas.
Nais din ni Sinas na buksan ang CSG Extension Offices na itatalaga sa Eastern Police District (EPD), Northern Police District (NPD), at Southern Police District (SPD).
“Aside from this development for CSG services, we are working on the possible opening of LTOFP booths in shopping malls in Metro Manila, and printing hubs of LESP and LTOFP cards to be placed in all Police Regional Offices nationwide,” dagdag pa nito.
