Bridge widening, building projects sa Zamboanga tapos na – DPWH
Nakumpleto na ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) ang dalawang infrastructure projects sa Zamboanga City at sa Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Ayon kay DPWH Secretary Mark Villar, ang dating two-lane Sinubong Bridge sa Zamboanga City – Labuan – Limpapa Road, mayroon nang apat na lane.
Kaya nitong ma-accommodate ang mas maraming bilang ng mga motorista.
Ang 30.84-meter bridge project ay nagkakahalaga ng P27.5 milyon.
Nagagamit na ang kalsada ng mga residente sa Barangays Sinubong, Patalon, Labuan, at Limpapa.
Sinabi rin ng kalihim na natapos na ang Bacong National High School Covered Court sa bahagi ng Barangay Bacong sa Salug, Zamboange del Norte.
“Despite the limitations brought by the pandemic, we were able to deliver this new multipurpose building which can now serve as a safer and more convenient venue for school activities and events once face-to-face classes resume,” pahayag ni Villar.
Bahagi ang naturang proyekto ng 2020 Local Infrastructure Program.
