888 SMS service platform ng Office of the President suportado ng Globe
Suportado ng Globe telecom ang relaunching ng 8888 SMS service platform ng pamahalaan.
Ayon sa pahayag ng Globe, kaisa ito sa proyekto ng Office of the President (OP) sa 8888 short message system (SMS)/ text service platform
Ang 8888 SMS/text service platform ay proyekto ng Broadcast Messaging ng OP, is bilang dagdag na communication channel sa 8888 Citizens’ Complaint Center (8888 CCC).
Ang 8888 CCC ay nakatatanggap ng reklamo araw-araw mula sa publko sa pamamagitan ng pagtawag sa 8888 phone hotline.
Ang mga natatanggap na reklamo ay ipinadadala naman agad sa concerned agencies.
Gamit ang 8888 SMS/text service platform inaasahang mas mapapadali pa na maabot ng pamahalaan ang publiko.
Maari nang mag-text ng reklamo ang publiko at ipadadala ito sa 8888.
“We commend the Office of the President in providing the public another opportunity to send in their concerns, and for the government to answer them right away or guide them towards the national government agency best suited to address their concerns,” ayon kay Ernest Cu, Globe President and CEO.
