Kaso ng COVID-19 sa bansa posibleng tumaas pagkatapos ng holiday season

Nagbabala si Health Sec. Francisco Duque III sa posibilidad na muling magkaroon ng pagtaas ng kaso ng COVID-19 sa bansa.

Ito ay dahil sa dami ng mga lumalabas ngayong papalapit na ang holiday season.

Ayon kay Duque, bubuo ng contingency plan ang DOH para sa “post-holiday season surge” ng sakit.

Kasabay nito, nagpaalala si Duque sa publiko na huwag maging kampante sa kabila ng pagbaba ng naitatalang kaso ng sakit.

Sa nakalipas na dalawang linggo ay mas mababa sa 2,000 ang naitatalang kaso ng COVID-19 sa bansa.
