Dagdag na 429 na unit ng UV Express at 20 Provincial Buses bibiyahe ngayong araw – LTFRB
Nagbukas ng karagdagang anim (6) na UV Express routes ang Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), na magbibigay permiso sa dagdag na 429 UV Express units na maaaring bumiyahe sa Metro Manila simula ngayong araw Nov. 23, 2020.
Ayon sa LTFRB ang mga karagdagang UV Express routes na binuksan ngayong araw ay ang mga sumusunod:
• Calumpit (Bulacan) – CIT (Quezon Avenue)
• Cogeo – Cubao via Marcos Highway
• Cubao-Padilla via Ermin Garcia, Marcos Highway
• Robinson’s Cainta – Edsa Central
• Alabang – Imus Toll Bridge
• SM North EDSA – SM Fairview
Samantala, inaprubahan din ng LTFRB ang pagbubukas ng dalawang (2) provincial bus routes para sa 20 Provincial Public Utility Bus (PUB) na maaaring bumiyahe simula din ngayong araw.
Narito naman ang mga bagong bukas na Provincial Bus routes:
• Davao City – Tacloban City
• Davao City – Ormoc City
Maaaring bumiyahe ang mga roadworthy PUVs na may valid at existing Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) o Application for Extension of Validity, at kinakailangang naka-rehistro sa Personal Passenger Insurance Policy ang bawat unit sa mga rutang nakapaloob sa MC.
Bilang kapalit ng Special Permit (SP), mayroong QR Code na ibibigay sa bawat operator na dapat ilagay sa short bond paper at ipaskil sa PUV.
Muling pinapaalala ng ahensya na walang ipatutupad na taas-pasahe sa mga naturang UV Express at PUB, maliban na lang kung ipag-uutos ito ng LTFRB.
