Yellow heavy rainfall warning itinaas ng PAGASA sa Samar

Nataas ng heavy rainfall warning ang PAGASA sa northern portion ng Samar.

Ito ay bunsod ng nararanasang malakas at patuloy na pag-ulan sa lalawigan sa nakalipas na ilang oras dahil sa easterlies.

Sa inilabas na heavy rainfall warning ng PAGASA alas 5:22 ng umaga ngayong Lunes, Nov. 23 yellow warning na ang umiiral sa northern portion ng Samar.

Babala ng PAGASA maaring makaranas ng pagbaha sa mabababang lugar.

Inabisuhan ang publiko na maging alerto at mag-antabay sa susunod na mga abiso ng PAGASA.
