Las Piñas City Rep. Camille Villar tinanggihan ang posisyon bilang deputy speaker
Tumanggi si Las Piñas City Representative Camille Villar sa ibinigay sa kaniyang pwesto bilang deputy speaker ng House of Representatives.
Sa kaniyang liham na naka-address kay House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco, nagpasalamat si Villar sa inialok na posisyon.
Sinabi ni Villar na bagaman nagpapasalamat siya at karangalan ang naturang oportunidad ay tinatanggihan niya ang nominasyon at designation.
Nais umano niyang matutukan ang responsibilidad sa kaniyang constituents.
Tiniyak din nitong makikiisa sa mga kapwa mambabatas at liderato ng Kamara sa pagbuo ng mga policy measures na makatutulong sa personal at economic relief sa mga mamamayan na nasalanta ng bagyo at apektado ng pandemic.
Kasabay nito tiniyak ni Villar ang suporta kay Velasco sa legislative agenda nito sa Kamara.
