Mas mataas na budget sa DOST inihirit ni Sen. Gordon para matulungan ang mahuhusay na scientists sa bansa
Kailangang mabigyan ng mas mataas na budget ang Department of Science and Technology (DOST).
Ayon kay Senator Richard Gordon, maaring pagmulan ng mahuhusay na scientists ang DOST.
Kailangan aniyang paglaanan ng pondo ang pagtulong sa mga Science High School graduates.
Malaki ayon kay Gordon ang tsansa ng Pilipinas na magkaroon ng mahuhusay na scientist na kayang makipagsabayan sa ibang mga bansa sa pagbuo ng mga gamot.
Kung hindi aniya ito mangyayari ay patuloy lamang na mangingibang bansa ang mahuhusay na Filipino.
“We need to help the DOST. We need to assist our Science High School graduates to have opportunities in our country and help improve our R&D. We should invest in them and give them choices,” ayon kay Gordon.
