Ayon sa abiso ng Globe, balik na ang serbisyo ng kanilang Globe Prepaid, Globe Postpaid, TM, Globe Business, Globe myBusiness, Globe Platinum, Globe At Home Postpaid at Prepaid WiFi sa lalawigan.
Ang mga customer ng Globe ay maari na muling makagamit ng SMS, Voice at Data services.
Tiniyak ng Globe na muling maglalabas ng abiso tungkol sa kanilang restoration updates sa mga lugar na nasalanta ng mga bagyo.
