Kabilang ang mga pasilidad ng Department of Health (DOH) sa mga napinsala dahil sa Bagyong Ulysses.

Ayon kay Usec. Maria Rosario Vergeire, partikular na nasira ang mga DOH facility sa CAR, Cagayan Valley at Central Luzon.

Napinsala rin aniya ang Mega Drug Treatment Rehabilitation Center sa Nueva Ecija at Bataan.
