May inihahanda nang Executive Order ang Office of the President para sa binuong task force ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na tututok sa rehabilitasyon sa magkakasunod na bagyong Rolly, Quinta at Ulysses.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, tatawagin ito bilang ‘Build Back Better Task Force’ na pangungunahan ni Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea.
Kasama sa task force ang Department of Agriculture, DPWH, DBM, DSWD, NIA, NEA, NHA at iba pa
Pinatutulong din sa task force ang
Philippine Air Force, Philippine Navy at Philippine Coast Guard na magbigay ng tulong sa task force.
Apela ni Roque, huwag na munang batikusin ang task force lalot hindi pa naman napipirmahan ng Pangulo ang EO.
Layunin aniya ng task force na magkaroon ng permanenteng body na tututok at mag-develop ng expertise sa post disaster rehabilitation and recovery program.
