Maari na muling ma-access ng publiko ang sumusunod na Walk-in Testing Centers:

—Ospital ng Tondo
—Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital
—Ospital ng Sampaloc
—Ospital ng Maynila
Bukas na din ang Drive-Thru Testing Center sa Quirino Grandstand.
Samantala, tuluy-tuloy din ang paglulunsad ng libreng swab testing ng Lungsod ng Maynila para sa mga market vendors, hotel employees, mall workers at public transport drivers.
