Naibalik na ng Globe ang serbisyo nito sa iba pang mga lugar sa na naapektuhan ng Typhoon Ulysses.
Sa inilabas na update ng Globe, balik na ang serbisyo ng kanilang Globe Prepaid, Globe Postpaid, TM, Globe Business, Globe myBusiness, Globe Platinum, Globe At Home Postpaid at Prepaid Wifi sa Bulacan, Isabela at Nueva Ecija.
Ang mga Globe users sa nasabing mga lalawigan ay maari nang makagamit ng SMS, Voice at Data services.
Una nang naibalik din ng Globe ang serbisyo sa Aurora, Masbate at Sorsgon.
Gayundin sa Abra at Kalinga.
Habang noon pang Sabado (Nov. 14) naibalik ang serbisyo sa Batanes, Batangas, Cavite at Laguna.
