Pina-deploy na ni Pangulong Rodrigo ang lahat ng assets ng pamahalaan sa Cagayan.

Ayon kay Senador Christopher “Bong” Go, utos ito ni Pangulong Duterte matapos mabatid na lubog sa baha ang Cagayan.

Nagpadala na rin aniya ang pamahalaan ng food assistance sa mga nabaha.

Bibisita rin aniya sila ni Pangulong Duterte sa Cagayan bukas, November 15.
