Magbabalik na sa normal ang operasyon ng MRT-3, LRT-1, LRT-2 at PNR sa araw ng Biyernes, November 13.
Sa abiso ng Department of Transportation (DOTr), ito ay matapos makumpleto ang isinagawang systems check sa mga linya ng tren.
Batay sa pagsusuri, maayos ang lagay ng mga linya ng tren sa kabila ng pananalasa ng Bagyong Ulysses.
Matatandaang sinuspinde ang railway operations sa araw ng Huwebes kasunod ng naranasang hagupit ng bagyo sa Metro Manila.
